OK, first of all, You have done well good work on the Firmware ! Thank you.
So I just relax and wait for your V2.17 source-code release.
I just have some Ideas:
In Version 2.16 the Parameters for Sleep- and Idle-Time are (low)limited to 60 or 100 seconds.
I think its a good Idea to set the low-limits to 15 and 25 seconds. (if someone feels comfortable with short standby times)
(for myselfe I really often use the two-Buttons to switch-off the soldering Iron)
The Parameter "OffVolt" have an upper Limit from 12V:
I use the TS100 on my Motobike-travvels. So I want to protect Battery from discharge. Therefore the Parameter for "OffVolt" should be settable to higher Values. I think 16 V is a good upper Limit for this Parameter.
If the Source-Voltage gets lower then the "OffVolt" Setting the Display just resets.
I think its better when first a Message is printed on the Display "! Low-Volt !" and then a wait-time of 3 seconds bevore the program go further. (so that the message is readable) I think when the Voltage gets too low, a "global" wait-time is really ok. (because its a problem)
Maybe you want to change some of this in a possible 2.18 release. (or in 2.17 if it is not too much work)

I got two of this this super solder irons. They ar really great! But now one of them is not working properly... I can´t make the logo working. I upload a LOGOIN.bmp file and the space in the solder iron is smaller but after I start the iron, the old logo is visible. When I upload a new picture the space on the stick is smaller again... but it doesn´t work. The other one is working fine. I have made an fw upgrade... Please help. Thank you ;)
